Physitrack team

Physitrack is part of select group of companies in the healthcare sector that were invited to become part of Apple’s Mobility Partner Program (MPP) at its launch in 2015. MPP is spearheaded by some of Apple’s best application and business development professionals and provides partners with user interface and user experience design guidance, coordinates from Apple’s Cupertino headquarters.

Physitrack was part of the first cohort of the NHS’s Digital London accelerator program, an effort that was founded in order to identify and promote digital solutions with the capability to help the UK public healthcare system improve care quality.

Physitrack, founded in 2012, is a digital healthcare company and the provider of a solution for patient engagement that encompasses clinical home exercise and education prescription, outcomes tracking and Telehealth for physical rehabilitation and prevention.

2012
The company is founded by Henrik Molin and Nathan Skwortsow.The idea for Physitrack came about in late 2011, when a relative of Henrik was given a paper home exercise handout after a knee operation and suggested there should be an app for it.
2013
First version in English and Dutch with 180 exercises launched at year-end.
2014
First SMB customers in the Netherlands following endorsement agreement with a large insurer, first Enterprise customer signed. Launch in Australia and the UK.
2015
Launch in the US and Canada. Accepted into the Apple Mobility Partner program, with Apple's designers re-defining UI/UX.

Launch of Apple re-designed solution.
2016
Launch of Physitrack Telehealth and PhysiData.
2017
Launch of Physitrack AI.
2018
UK government innovation grant won for Physitrack Telehealth.
2019
First major US hospital system sale.
2020
173 percent annual growth. Launch of M&A program, acquisition of major competitor Physiotools OY.
2021
153% annual growth. Nasdaq First North Premier IPO. Continued M&A activity, acquisition of Rehabplus and Fysiotest and expansion into Virtual care.
2022
Continued M&A activity, acquisition of PT Courses to offer continuing education for US physio and occupational therapists, acquisition of Wellnow (Germany) to expand European Virtual care footprint.

Founders

Henrik Molin
Henrik Molin
CEO

Henrik has over 20 years of experience in institutional business development and entrepreneurship. He started his career with Reuters Plc where he developed and marketed financial information and risk management systems before moving into banking and finance.

He holds a BSc in Finance and Economics from USBE and is a bestselling author in his native Sweden.

Nathan Skwortsow
Nathan Skwortsow
Former Co-Founder

Nathan, with 25+ years of internet development experience, is a former co-founder of Physitrack (departed 2022). His diverse background combines television production and computer science education. Prior to Physitrack, he built successful ventures with Dutch companies Lexa and Kamernet, and specialized in UX design and AI systems for emergency services.

Charlotte Goodwin
Charlotte Goodwin
CFO

Charlotte started her career at PwC where she worked with businesses of all sizes across the TMT sector. Before joining Physitrack she gained extensive senior finance experience at Wilmington plc, a multinational, FTSE listed Group.

Charlotte is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
Charlotte is currently on maternity leave.

Matthew Poulter
Interim CFO

Matthew is a commercially astute CFO with over a decade of experience leading finance functions across SaaS, healthcare, sport, and listed businesses.

At Physitrack, he has played a key role in the company’s scale-up from €1m to €16m ARR and supported its successful Nasdaq First North IPO in 2021.
His background includes senior finance roles at Cineworld Group PLC and The Football Association, following qualification at Deloitte.

Jack Goodwin
Head of People

Jack was a Senior Civil Servant in the UK Government - having led the £14bn expansion at Heathrow Airport and a Cabinet Office and HM Treasury transformation programme for over 300,000 employees in UK public bodies.

Jack holds a qualification in Major Programme leadership from Oxford University and a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Nottingham.

Head of Engineering

Michał is an engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. His main focus is on delivering high quality solutions that provide great customer experience. His north star has always been building high performing engineering teams.

During his career he served in multiple roles in the software development life cycle, in companies of a different size, from startups to multinational corporations. He brings a growth mindset and honesty to each conversation, he values on-time, on-quality delivery and truly believes in people over process paradigm.

Tomasz Witkowski
Head of Customer Support

Tomasz has a wide array of experiances in customer experience functions, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in user engagement, satisfaction analysis, and service delivery. His professional journey includes notable previous experiance working for TELUS Digital, where he honed his skills in digital customer interactions and implementing effective experience strategies across various platforms.
