1. Step-by-step how to do Resistance Band Eversion and Inversion

2. How to perform Resistance Band Eversion and Inversion. Follow these instructions.

Step 1
Sit up straight on a chair with a resistance band tied around both feet. The band should loop around the balls of your feet.
Step 2
With the band slack, turn your foot to be exercised outwards, rolling onto the inside border of your foot. Keeping your foot in this position, move your other foot away to pick up some tension in the band.
Step 3
Keeping your other foot still, control the movement as you return your foot to be exercised back to the starting position. Repeat this movement, ensuring you turn your foot out with the band untensioned.
