Step 1
Begin in right side-lying on the bed.
Step 2
Tilt your head down 30 degrees off the end of the bed. Hold for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Bring your head back up to neutral using your hand for support. Hold for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Then prop yourself onto your elbow and hold your head up 30 degrees. Hold for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Then come up into sitting on the edge of the bed. Wait for a few minutes before moving from this position.
