3. About the fish lips

  • Use facial muscles to form both sides of the lips into a “fish lips” shape.
  • Breath in and out through the “fish lips” while keeping them in the same position.
  • Hold the “fish lips” shape for a few seconds each time.
  • Repeat the exercise for 10-20 reps every day.
  • Increase the duration of the individual reps over time as your muscles get stronger.
