Our team is pleased to announce that professor Jeremy Lewis PhD FCSP has teamed up with Physitrack to offer the most comprehensive and inclusive shoulder rehabilitation program available online.

What is #SUMS?

Shape-Up-My-Shoulder (#SUMS) is the internationally acclaimed rehabilitation program developed for ALL musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder when exercise is indicated.

The program includes traumatic, post-surgical and non-traumatic shoulder conditions, and it is a hybrid rehabilitation program including an educational program, movement facilitation exercises, muscle performance exercises, and functional shoulder exercises.

The program is described in detail in the international best seller - The Shoulder: Theory & Practice (Lewis and Fernández-de-la-Peñas - editors, Handspring Publishing).

We are proud to tell you that the exercises included in the program can now be easily found from the Physitrack exercise library by searching with for example "SUMS". Currently we have published 83 SUMS exercises. Keep an eye out for this collaboration for more new exercises in the Physitrack library this spring 2024.
