How to perform the Pilates Teaser

Step 1
Sit upright on the mat with your arms reaching upwards and your palms facing towards each other.
Step 2
Bend your knees and extend your leg outwards at a 45 degree to the mat, balancing your body in the “V” shape position with your back straight.
Step 3
EXHALE: roll down your upper body onto the mat and lower your arms. INHALE: roll back up and raise your arms upwards, extending your spine.
Step 4
Keep your legs still and held together and at a constant angle to the mat as you lower and raise your trunk. As you roll up and down articulate through the spine.
