Physitrack EMR for Physical Therapy Clinics

Physitrack EMR is AI-powered electronic medical record system and practice management software built for solo and small physical therapy practices. Its agentic AI goes beyond note-taking. It turns the patient conversation into a complete SOAP note, recommends a home exercise program from 18,000+ exercise videos for clinician approval, and delivers it straight to the patient's phone through PhysiApp. Scheduling, intake, charting and follow-ups run in one system, with an AI agent that gets the work done on command.

Questions

An electronic medical record built for physical therapy and other manual therapy practices. The agentic functions can have you optionally work through a conversation instead of a forms screen.

The visit is captured with AI speech to notes, the note drafts itself from what was actually said, home exercises are suggested based on the conversation, and one, fast approval sends the program to your patient's phone in PhysiApp.

US solo clinicians and small to medium sized practices.

Early access opens September 28, 2026. We will release places in batches from the waitlist so onboarding and support keep pace with demand.

We’re confident in how easy to use the Physitrack EMR is. We anticipate this should take 1-2 days of set up, but this will depend on the size of your clinic.

Join the waitlist here! We release places in batches so onboarding and support keep pace with demand, and we will come back to you with a date rather than leave you waiting.

Nothing during early access.

Physitrack will be working with early users to continuously iterate the product.

Yes.

Our ambition is for Physitrack EMR to be the fastest, lowest admin and most compliant Revenue Cycle Management tool in the US market.

Alongside our agentic coding features, payments and billing will soon be available through an integration with Claim.MD.

‍

No, and Physitrack EMR is built so that it cannot.

The agent runs the workflow and never decides anything clinical. Nothing is sent, assigned or signed in your name until you approve exactly what you were shown. There is no setting that makes any of it automatic.

No.

The note is drafted from the visit itself, in your words and your patient's. Nothing is invented to fill a gap, and where something was not recorded the product says so instead of guessing.

You review and edit before you sign. Once signed, a note can be added to but never rewritten.

Your records, your schedule and note signing keep working, and the product tells you plainly rather than failing quietly.

We’re proud to launch the Physitrack EMR in the United States first. Professional registration and dictation are built for the US today, so that is where the product works properly.

Physitrack is proud to be a global company and other markets will likely follow. We will announce each one when it is genuinely ready rather than promise dates we cannot hold.

Each practice's data is held separately from every other practice.

The country that holds your data is fixed when your practice is set up and cannot be changed later by a setting.

Every action is written to an audit trail. Once you sign a note it cannot be rewritten, only added to, and that is enforced both in the application and in the database itself.

Our security audit is under way, and until it completes we are not yet able to sign a Business Associate Agreement, so Physitrack EMR is not yet covered for PHI under HIPAA.

We built the Physitrack EMR to meet HIPAA requirements: encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls, audit logging etc.

The honest technical answer is that no product can be "HIPAA certified", because HIPAA places obligations on your practice and on the vendors handling your data rather than on software itself. What that means in practice is that we do our part, including signing a BAA with you, and you keep control of how the records are used in your practice. Our security audit will complete shortly and the BAA will be available from then

No. Your patient data is yours. We do not use it to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, and our AI vendors are contractually barred from doing so either.

Where you use an AI feature such as the scribe, the data is processed only to produce your output and is not retained for training.

We are shortly launching a migration tool, with importers for the most popular EMR systems. Early access practices are supported through the move by our team rather than left to rekey records themselves.

No.

During early access Physitrack EMR runs alongside whatever you use today, so there is nothing to switch off and no gap in your day.

Yes.

Physitrack's home exercise programs continue to integrate with the EMR you already run. Physitrack EMR is for practices that want one system instead of two.

Physitrack Group Plc, a publicly listed AI health and wellbeing company. Physitrack has been building clinical software for over 14 years and our exercise prescription platform is used by 110,000 clinicians worldwide.

WebPT and Prompt use AI to help you write notes. Physitrack EMR uses agentic AI to do the work around the visit. The AI scribe turns your patient conversation into a complete SOAP note, recommends a home exercise program from 18,000+ exercise videos, and sends it straight to your patient's phone through PhysiApp once you approve it. The scribe runs on your smartphone, so it works on the gym floor, on a home visit or anywhere you treat, not just at a desk. An AI agent handles scheduling, intake and follow-ups on command, so you're not clicking through menus. And it's built for solo and small practices, with published pricing instead of a sales call.

Nothing changes unless you choose to add the EMR. If you stay on Physitrack HEP only, your current price continues as normal. If you add the EMR before 1 January 2027, you move onto the combined HEP + EMR bundle at the founder rate, 30% off the standard price, locked for your first 12 months. This replaces your HEP-only price, you don't pay for both.If you add the EMR from 1 January 2027 onwards, you move onto the bundle at standard list price. The founder rate is only available to those who join before then.

Yes. Your bundle price reflects whatever discount tier you're already on, you don't lose it by adding the EMR.
