Physitrack @ Women's Health Physiotherapy: Helping more women look after their health

Read how use of Physitrack changed the way Beck Martin delivers care to her clients.

Originally from the UK, Beck Martin has called Newcastle in Australia home for the last 7 years. She specialises in Women’s Health and in case life as a healthcare professional and mum of two kids wasn’t busy enough already, she also studies a Masters in Women’s Health at Curtin University.

Beck is part of a unique health collective of self-employed healthcare professionals all bringing different specialties to the table. She explains: “I love the fact that each of us comes with a different clinical angle, but that our common goal is always to provide clients with the best possible treatment experience. Clear communication is therefore absolute key.”

As a business owner Beck has her hands full not just on the clinical side, but also to ensure her business runs smoothly. Completing accounts, looking after marketing through Mailchimp and Facebook and making sure GP’s know to find her for referrals, it’s all in a day’s work.

When it comes to the client experience Physitrack has been a complete gamechanger for Beck: “As a specialist service I often have clients traveling for 2-3 hours for their appointments. Phystrack has offered me a fantastic opportunity to keep in touch with these clients and offer them guidance and input remotely. Knowing that clients can access all their exercises, education and outcome measures via their free app means we no longer have to worry about missing handouts. Clients love the quality of the exercise videos as it gives them more confidence to complete their program.

Knowing exactly how my clients are tracking with their program, and where their pain points are, also means I can provide them with better support and help them achieve the outcomes they are looking for. Add to that the positive feedback I receive from clients and the great value of a Physitrack subscription and it really is a no-brainer for me.”
