In 2018, a physiotherapist at the clinic recommended Physitrack and the clinic quickly decided to integrate the platform into its daily routine, replacing the analogue exercise prescription on paper with a digital one. The company's own custom app, the "Schulthess Coach", has since offered clinic staff the opportunity to accompany patients through the healing process with exercise programs and other content. The chat function and the possibility of uploading one's own exercises ensures that every patient receives a tailor-made treatment. According to Lienhard, the patients' feedback on the app has been consistently positive.

As the Schulthess Klinik is always striving to develop further and improve existing solutions and processes, the close relationship and transparent communication with Physitrack is particularly valued.
