Our Lifecare team are looking to recruit a Product Manager. Lifecare provides a Software-as-a-Service platform for physiotherapy and musculoskeletal care providers.

About the role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative products. The role will include:
- Create product specifications that will be used by our engineering team to build new features that solve the real world challenges of our customers.
- Set your engineering team up for success by collaborating closely with them in daily activities, providing them with relevant user stories, and guiding them in the estimation.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non technical teams.
- Take part in and run the team's day-to-day activities, such as retros, refinements and plannings.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that outline feature prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation, while maintaining a holistic view of the product's evolution.
Personal specification
You will have:
- Experience in both Product Management, with a portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Track record of balancing long term strategy and delivering incremental value to customers along the way.
- Our business language is English - you will need excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
Remuneration and benefits
- Remuneration. We’re offering up to €6000 per month. The role will be contractual. There will be a discretionary bonus based on performance.
