Lawyer and contracts manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales, Legal, and InfoSec teams in procurement, EOIs, and managing sales documents, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Handle data processing agreements and address legal queries related to data protection laws.
  • Manage contract databases and track key milestones.
  • Facilitate information gathering from various departments for customer requests and provide synthesized feedback.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Assist in resolving legal issues and disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice.
  • Manage projects related to contract template updates as needed.


Qualifications:

  • UK-qualified lawyer (Commonwealth qualifications considered for candidates aligned with UK time-zone).
  • Valid practicing certificate.


Skills and Experience:

  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment with a results-driven attitude.
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to gather and synthesize information across departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, maintaining commercial and legal awareness.
  • Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with risk mitigation and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, especially UK law (knowledge of Finnish or Swedish law is a plus).
  • Familiarity with GDPR and, ideally, HIPAA.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital health sectors is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Salary. We’re offering up to €6000 per month depending on skills and experience. The role will be contractual. There will be a discretionary bonus based on performance.
